Commissioning the ED07 pressure regulator

Danger of malfunctions caused by water!
The electronics can be damaged by water penetration.
Ensure that the calibration port is closed.
Ensure that the four screws have been tightened with the correct torque.
Never loosen the two screws on the device cover.

Danger caused by escaping compressed air!
Device is operating under pressure. If the additional inlet port (24) on the base plate is
opened, the blanking screw may be forced out by the compressed air and cause injuries or
damage.
Never open the blanking screw during operation.
Only connect an additional inlet port in a pressure-free state.

7.1 Before commissioning the ED07 pressure
regulator

7.1.1 Connect the base plate pneumatics

Depending on the application, the base plate is either a subbase or
sandwich base.
1. Connect the supply line at the inlet port on the base plate (port
1) (22).
2. Connect the outlet line at the opposite outlet port (unlabelled
port).

3. Always connect a silencer or a line for restricted exhaust to the
