makes it easier for light to enter in the case of option
al light curing. Alternatively, in the case of very badly
damaged teeth, a core buildup mold can be used. The
mold is filled with Visalys
the residual tooth substance. Visalys
be modeled within the processing time.
8.
Wait for final curing (see Technical Data). Optionally, the
material can be lightcured for 20 sec. to accelerate
curing down to a depth of approx. 2.5 mm. Lightcuring
should be performed with a commercially available poly
merization lamp (1,200 mW / cm
intensity, prolong the light curing duration accordingly.
Place the lamp as close to the material as possible.
Deeper layers that are not accessible to light will cure in
a purely chemical manner after approx. 5 min.
9.
For layers thicker than the specified polymerization
depth, it is necessary to wait until the self curing pro
cess is complete in all cases.
10. After full curing, remove if applicable any matrices or core
buildup formers.

In the case of selfcuring, lower temperatures, e.g. of
the product or during work in the anterior region, lead to
prolongation of the curing time.
Application
The paste is mixed and delivered directly from 5 ml automix
syringe and the appropriate mixing tips. Only use original
mixing tips (ML Ø 2.5 mm, blue) and intraoral/endo tips!
The following points have to be observed:
1.
Remove the syringe cap and prior to first attaching a mix
ing tip on the syringe, expel a small amount until both
components are evenly delivered. Then discard the paste
expelled.
2.
Attaching the mixing tip. Turn the cap 90° clockwise to
lock in place. If applicable, mount an intraoral / endo tip
locking on the mixer.
3.
The material requires a certain amount of time to flow
out after the mixing tip has been attached. The materi
al flow stops as soon as pressure is reduced on the sy
ringe piston. Any material already cured in the mixing tip
must not be extruded with force, because otherwise the
syringe and the mixing tip may be damaged.
4.
Dispose of used mixing tip, replace the syringe cap and
check the outlet at the start of the next application.
