c)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
h)
It is forbidden to move, adjusting and rotating the
device in the course of work
i)
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt
j)
Do not use the device in the area exposed to strong
magnetic field and adverse weather conditions (sub-
zero temperatures, atmospheric discharges).
k)
Do not use the device to lift people.
l)
In case of hydraulic oil leakage, follow the
procedures in force in the area of the given
country. The hydraulic oil can be dangerous for the
environment.
m)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
n)
Lift / lower the elements with parameters consistent
with the data given in the technical data table. Do
not exceed the permissible operating parameters.
o)
Make sure that the device is placed on a flat and
stable surface.
p)
Make sure that the device does not slip under
influence of weight.
q)
Make sure that the jack ramp is as a whole placed
under the vehicle being lifted.
r)
Make sure that the lifting element is stably set so
that it will not slip in the course of lifting / lowering.
s)
The device is used for lifting, it is not intended to
support the load in the course of works on the
vehicle.
t)
In the course of using the jack it is necessary to
secure the lifted vehicle against fall by means of
supports.
u)
Secure the load with supports immediately after the
end of lifting,
v)
Lowering / lifting operations must be performed
in a slow, uniform motion. It is forbidden to make
sudden movements.
w)
While using the jack, observe the load lifting /
lowering process carefully.
x)
Inclination preventing arm provides additional safety
but it does not eliminate necessity to use lifting
stands.
y)
Check if the load is stable. Make sure there is no risk
of load inclination or slip from the jack.
z)
Do not move the load when it rests on the jack.
aa)
Driving the vehicle onto the jack is forbidden.
bb)
Keep away from the vehicle during its lifting or
lowering; only the device operator should be present
at the workplace.
8
cc)
Use of impact wrenches, pneumatic tools or
percussion bits is strictly forbidden in view of
damages that can be caused by drives.
dd)
Before the load lifting or lowering, make sure that
any obstacles (eg. supports) have been removed.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protection facilities and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of an accident or injury when using
the device. When using the device stay alert and use
common sense.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is intended for short-term lifting of vehicles.
Long-term lifting by means of the device is prohibited, in
such a case it is necessary to place supports under the lifted
element.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
INSTALLATION
a)
Place the device on a flat, level and stable surface as
shown in the drawing below:
b)
Put the ramp on the protecting arm. Then, insert the
stud in the holes in the ramp and the protecting arm
to attach the ramp to the arm. Attach the second
ramp in the same way.

3.3. DEVICE USE
USE
Place the vehicle on the level surface to prevent its
rolling under its own weight.
Place the jack from one side of the vehicle, so as the
drive connection point (eg. the crank) is within the
front vehicle paart.
Insert the device under the vehicle and place it
centrally in relation to the vehicle width. Adjust
the distance between the guides to fit the device
to the vehicle width (see the section "LENGTH
ADJUSTMENT"). Two ramps must be placed
symmetrically in relation to the body bottom. They
must not touch any sensitive to damage vehicle
elements.
The device position in relation to the vehicle axis depends
on what vehicle part is being lifted.
Vehicle front lifting: the device front should contact
the front wheels.
1
Vehicle back lifting: move the device slightly to the
vehicle back so as the most of weight is transferred
to the front.
LIFTING
Lift the load by turning the crank connected with the
drive by means of the Cardan joint.
Before the maximum height is reached, slow down
the lifting speed. Do not exceed the maximum
height marked with the red line on the telescopic
arm located from one side of the device.
Rev. 24.07.2018
Tighten the arm locking mechanism.
Before start of work, check if the vehicle is stable. If
there is a risk of vehicle inclination, lower the device
to apply a load to the wheels that remain on the
ground.
Lift the load to the desired height and then secure
the load with supports immediately.
LOWERING
Release the mechanism that locks the deflective arm;
if the mechanism is not locked, the device will be
damaged.
Change the rotation direction with the crank.
Lower the device so as the vehicle does not touch
the ramp and the jack can be freely removed from
under the vehicle.
Before the minimum height is reached, slowly reduce
the load lowering rate.
INCLINATION - only to work in front of or behind the
vehicle:
If the vehicle centre of gravity is aligned with the
device axis, the vehicle can incline forward or
backward. To avoid this, it is necessary to use the
protective arm and the supports. It is recommended
to set the device axis shifted in relation to the vehicle
axis to increase load of the wheels that remain on
the ground.
If one end of the vehicle is raised and the user
wants to work at the second end, the device shall
be lowered, the jack position changed and then the
vehicle lifted once again.
SIMULTANEOUS LIFTING OF 4 WHEELS
To carry out the operation, 2 persons are necessary
as minimum.
Raise one side of the vehicle according to the section
"Lifting".
Back the raised vehicle side with the supports.
The other vehicle side shall be raised manually. The
task should be done by 2 persons as minimum: one
of them to lift the vehicle and the second to lock
the deflective arm (by means of the locking mandrel)
and to place supports under the raised vehicle.
The vehicle should be levelled on the jack.
SAFETY NUT
The safety nut can get worn out as a result of operation
or poor maintenance (lubrication). If this is the case, the
protective device will support the load but load lifting or
lowering is not possible.
