NOTICE
Damage due to using powder. Any sort of powder on the inside of the
socket or on the skin can reduce or disrupt valve function during use.
Avoid using powder in areas close to the valve.

3 Installation instructions

The screw valves can be installed medially or laterally at the distal end.
The template (dummy) provided is inserted before vacuum forming or
laminating, making it possible to accurately install the valves into various
socket materials.
3.1 Screw valve kit 21Y12
Saturate a 99B25 Nylon Sock with N-Wax=1 and pull it on the plaster positive.
Attach the 21Y157 Vacuum forming template to the plaster positive using
the 503S3 Screw provided (fig. 3).
