2.3 Function
The adapters are designed as socket adapters with pyramid receiver. They
are provided with various types of distal connection:

They are well suitable for combination with adapters with adjustment pyramid
and enhance the adjustment possibilities of the Ottobock modular lower limb
prostheses.
Exception:
The 4R95 cannot used in combination with the 4R57 Rotation Adapter.
During the use in the transfemoral prostheses, the connection to the knee joint
can be established using the 4R48 Double Adapter with Adjustment Pyramid.
