8. Mounting
8.1
Mounting place
The shortest distance between the installation places of the transmitter and the
receiver (as the crow flies) should not or only slightly be disturbed by brickwork
or other absorbing material. Losses due to absorption influence the operation
range of your system.
Following values can be taken as clue:
Material

Wood, gypsum
Brickwork / concrete
Ferro-concrete
Metal walls, metal gratings
• Do not mount the receiver or the aerials to the back of metal surfaces or in
a recess because of bad reception there and thus influence on the operating
range.
• When mounting the unit to metal surfaces, please keep a min. distance
of 0,1 m.
Advice / tip
Rod aerials or flexible aerial cables and the electronic receiving
devices of the remote control form an optimized unit. Changes
as lengthening, shortening, bending or similar may influence the
receiving properties considerably.
8.2 Connection plan
Attention!
Potential-free relay contact, only suitable for 1-phase power
supply 16 A **, 230 V 50 Hz, for the closing edge contact.
