Espresso coffee machine Use Instructions
Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not hold the appliance with wet hands or feet.
Do not hold the appliance with naked feet.
Do not expose the appliance to atmospheric agents such as rain,
wind, snow, hail.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases, burning flames, heaters.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every people without expe-
rience or technical ability to use the appliance if they are not properly
watched over. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.
Make sure that children do not play with this appliance.
If you decide not to use the appliance any longer, make it unservice-
able by simply cutting the supply cable after disconnecting the plug
from the socket.
ALSO MAKE ANY DANGEROUS PARTS UNSERVICE-
ABLE, ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN WHO COULD
PLAY WITH THE APPLIANCE.

Before the first use
1. Remove the coffee machine from the package and check the components according to the production de-
sciptions.
2. Clean all the detachable components following the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
3. Place the coffee machine on a stable surface, far from water taps or sinks.
4. Follow the "Espresso coffee preparation" and "Milk frothing" sections without coffee and/or milk.
Espresso coffee preparation
1. Ensure that the coffee machine is not plugged to an electric socket, and that the steam knob (2) is on OFF
RELEASE position.
2. Open the tank cover (1) by turning it anti clockwise. Use the glass carafe (10) to measure water before pouring
it into the tank. The maximum water tank capacity is equivalent to number 4 as marked on the carafe, and the
minimum level is to number 2. Water, at any case, must not exceed the bar that is seen inside the water tank,
about 5 cm from the edge of the tank itself. Turn the tank cover (1) clockwise to close it properly.
