2. SAFETY
The operators must read this manual carefully and follow the instructions contained in it. They must also
learn the correct tool usage and maintenance procedures.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, included loss of profit, or for any
other business-related damage which is caused by a usage due to the fact that the tool's usage is non-
compliant with the prescriptions of this manual.

3. DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTED USAGE
The tool has been designed to weigh people in a clinic for general diagnostic purposes.
Usage environment: hospitals and medical clinics. The installation room must be equipped with an
electric system in compliance with the legislation in force. Always use the weighing device in a place
which is not exposed to magnetic interferences.
People authorised to use the product: operators and doctors who are familiar with the product.
Supervising and responsibility: the tool must be used only under the supervision of a qualified doctor
or qualified personnel in charge od maintenance and periodical checks.
Limitations of use: the medical device can only be used as described in the manual.
