Appearance settings

While browsing, select Options > Other options > Appear.

• Text wrapping — Select how the text is displayed.
• Alerts — Select Alert for unsecure connection > Yes to
alert when a secure connection changes to an unsecure
connection while browsing. Select Alert for unsecure
items > Yes to alert when a secure page contains an
unsecure item. These alerts do not guarantee a secure
connection.
• Character encoding — Select Content encoding to set
the encoding for the browser page content.

Cache memory

A cache is a memory location that is used to store data
temporarily. If you have tried to access or have accessed
confidential information requiring passwords, empty the
cache after each use. The information or services you have
accessed are stored in the cache.
To empty the cache while browsing, select Options > Other
options > Clear the cache. To allow or prevent the phone
