Slicer functioning
and use
WARNING
The following products are not
sliceable:
- inedible products
- products with bones
- frozen products
Check that the slicer is off and
position the slice thickness
control on zero.
How to load the product
to cut

Place the product to cut
against the product holder
and the thickness plate sides.

Lay the last slice device on
the product to cut, far from the
slice thickness plate.
The product is fed to the slice
thickness plate by gravity, this
makes the cut easier.

Rotate the slice thickness
control onto the cutting
thickness you wish.

Press the ON pushbutton to
start the blade.

At constant speed feed the
product holder to the blade
stroke end then return to
the operator and repeat the
operation.

Funcionamiento y
uso de la cortadora
ATENCION
No se pueden cortar:
- productos no comestibles
- productos con hueso
- alimentos congelados
Controlar que la cortadora esté
apagada y que el regulador
de grosor de lonchas esté en
posición cero.
Colocacion de productos
a cortar

Depositar el producto que se
corta contra la pared del plato
porta-alimentos y la superfi cie
espesor

Apoyar el dispositivo de última
loncha sobre el producto que
se va a cortar lejos de la
superfi cie espesor.
Por gravedad el producto
se baja en dirección de a
la superfi cie espesor, facili-
tando el corte.

Girar el regulador grosor de
lonchas a la medida deseada
Pulsando el botón verde

la máquina se pone en marcha

Con velocidad constante
y p r o p o r c i o n a d a a l a s
caracteristicas del producto
que se corta, pujar el plato
p o r t a - a l i m e n t o s h a c i a
la cuchilla hasta llegar al
tope, hacerlo volver hacia el
operador y repetir la operación
diferentes veces.
