1 Rear Hand Guard
Protects operator's right hand from contact with the chain
if it comes off the bar or breaks.
2 Front Hand Guard
Helps protect operator's left hand from contact with the
saw chain, serves to engage the chain brake and
activates the chain brake by inertia in certain kickback
situations.
