No network connection, WECS not online

No DMX on Universe 1
RDM not functional

Remedy
Check the voltage supply and ensure all
−
connections are properly established
The default IP address at delivery is
−
192.168.003.011
Ensure that the computer is allocated a
−
fixed IP address. Ensure that the first
three numbers of the IP address of the
computer and the WECS match.
e.g.192.169.003.XXX
Check the terminals

DMX 1/DMX 2
Access 8.Setup and set Universe 1 to 1
−
and Universe 2 to 2
Check the terminals
−
DMX 1/DMX 2
Access main menu 8.Setup and set RDM
−
Active 1 to ON and RDM Active 2 to ON
4.Port Out function: Reset the output by
means of the Toggle Out function.
Send in the unit for maintenance.
