In the battery mode with the batteries fully charged, you should hear an acoustic signal every
15 seconds. The indicator light (mains voltage) should go out and the alarm indicator (red)
should go on. When the intervals between the acoustic signals are reduced to 1 second, the
UPS is capable of supplying energy for up to 2 minutes (pre-alarm time, adjustable using the
software) before shutting down automatically.
Reconnect the UPS.
The unit changes to the normal operating mode. Observe that the
batteries must be recharged to restore the complete autonomy time
(Orange "BAT" indicator light).
4.2 Auto-test
The auto-test is run by the UPS every time it is started up.
- Switch on the unit by pressing the "ON" button.
- The green indicator light goes on and the acoustic signal composed of 5 beeps is activa-
ted.
- During this test, diverse parameters are checked including input voltage, battery voltage,
internal temperature, overloading, synchronisation and frequency, among others.
- If all of these parameters are in order, the output power is connected (the green "OUT" indi-
cator lights up) and other aspects such as the output voltage and possible cable failures
are checked.
If the unit does not start up following the auto-test, please see the "Troubleshooting" section.

The load will be powered by the energy stored in the battery until
the battery's autonomy runs out. If this point cannot be confirmed,
please see the "Troubleshooting" section.
