There is an overheating problem
inside the heater.
The suction line or main fuel filter

The protection grill for the air
intake is dirty or blocked.
The heat exchanger is clogged.
The fuel system has air.
The nozzle is too big or the wrong
type is used.
The pump pressure is too high.

Solution
Test the insulation in relation to
the burner.
Replace the ignition transformer if
necessary.
Open a door or a window.
See faults: 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,
19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27.
Use a fresh air connection for the
burner.
Clean, repair or replace the
burner chamber and heat
exchanger, if necessary.
Set the burner thermostat
according to the specifications of
the manufacturer.

Replace the burner relay.
Clean or replace the magnetic
valve.
Reset the thermostat by pressing
the U key for two seconds (Fig.
7).
Reset the burner with the reset
button (A) (Fig. 6).
Check and replace if necessary.
Clean the grill.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Check the fuel system.
Replace the nozzle with the
correct one.
Check the pump pressure.
