Blind rivet nut does not screw on
Cause
Nut thread defective
Threaded mandrel defective
Nut does not rest against nosepiece
Nut unscrews again
No battery

Nut is not screwed off
Cause
Nut thread deformed/destroyed due to excessive
setting force
6.3
Set blind rivet nut is loose
Cause
Setting stroke too small
The nut is not completely screwed on the mandrel,
which means that the selected setting stroke is
not reached.
Selected setting stroke is not reached.

Corrective measures
Use new nut
Change threaded mandrel (Point 3.1)
Threaded mandrel length x incorrect; adapt to nut
length (see point 3.2)
Keep switch G pressed until the tool stops (Point
4.1)
Charge battery (Point 5.3)
Corrective measures
Remove nut using hexagon screwdriver (Point
4.2); see Fig. 5); Reduce setting stroke (Point 3.3)
Corrective measures
Increase setting stroke in small steps (Section 3.3)
Screw on the nut correctly (Section 4.1)
Setting force of the device insufficient; observe
working range (Section 2.3)
