It´s now stated that this contract of warranty is granted by the fulfillment of
the following conditions:

Every part, piece or component of this products are guaranteed against
any eventual manufacturing defects, that they might present, during the
total period of 1 (one) year, whereas 3 (three) months are guaranteed by
law, and the remaining 9 (nine) months are guaranteed by this warranty
contract, counting from its delivery date to the Buyer, as it states on the
purchasing receipt, which is an integrant part of this Terms, throughout
the national territory. This contractual warranty foresees the free exchange
of parts, pieces, and components that show any manufacturing defect, as
well as the labor needed for its repair. In case the defect is not identified
as a result of manufacturing defect, but as inappropriate use, the Buyer
will be accounted for the mentioned expenses.

Once the defect is found, the Buyer must contact immediately the closest
Authorized Service, which is listed on the role provided by the manufactu-
rer – only the services that are listed are authorized to examine and
repair any defect during the period which the warranty is granted.
In case of disrespect, the warranty granted will be canceled, as the
product would have been violated.

In case he Buyer chooses to call for a home assistance visit, the matter
must be taken to closest Authorized Service to evaluate the costs of a
technical visit. If it is found to be necessary to transport the product, the
