7. Functional Description of the Equipment
Model 5000
Purifier/Regulator of the compressed air pressure coming from the general network.

Compressed air purifier with controlled air regulation, which carries out the function of pre-filtering
the compressed air coming from the general network.

Model 5100
Purifier/Regulator of the compressed air pressure coming from the general network.
Friction and spinning Filtering System + 8 micron Bronze Filter.

Purifier unit with controlled air regulation and Purifier / Regulator of compressed air pressure,
in two stages, coming from the general network.

Application: Filtering of solid and liquid impurities in the air from the general network, retention
of organic vapours by means of active carbon, even to make it breathable.
8.Filtering systems
Friction
The friction of the compressed air with the walls of the unit produces a decanting of solid and
liquid particles deposited at the bottom of the unit's deposit.
Spinning
The compressed air is forced through the porous bronze filter, in a descending flow, and
generating an increase in speed to, later, carry out a sharp change in an ascending direction
that produces a new decanting of the liquid particles that were in condensation.
Sintered Bronze
The compressed air is forced through the porous bronze filter, where the solid particles are
eliminated, and which are decanted and settle at the bottom of the deposit.
Coalescent
When the compressed air goes through the coalescent filter it groups the liquid particles (water,
oil, etc...) turning them into larger particles that are deposited at the bottom of the deposit.
Active carbon
When the compressed air goes through the active carbon filter it eliminates the oil vapours,
smells and other hydrocarbons in the air and compressed gas that is deposited at the bottom
of the deposit.
