• Turn the power on beforehand. ( ➜ page 8)
• When the unit is not in the stop state, press
[ STOP/RETURN].

Recording is paused/resumed with each
press.
• If you press [MENU/FOLDER] during
recording or while recording is paused,
the remaining recording time or recording
elapsed time is indicated.
● Before recording, check that there is sufficient battery power remaining.
● Sound may jump during recording depending on the condition of the internal memory. Formatting
on this unit ( ➜ page 13) before recording is recommended.
● Note that if you rub the unit with a hand or an object touches the unit during recording, a
FOLDER rustling sound will be recorded through the microphone.
