5. Remove the plug from the socket. Allow the appliance to cool completely. Remove the
water reservoir and rotate the appliance. Some condensation may form at the bottom.
Wipe this off with a clean, soft cloth. Replace the de-scaling lid and tighten it.
6. Replace the water reservoir in the appliance. Place the iron on the thermal isolation
cushions. You may now continue to iron or else store the appliance.
