(Fig. 7-6) Storing the selected mode of operation
in the permanent memory
If an operating mode is to be transferred into the
permanent memory, fi rst modify its status, e.g.: activate
or deactivate it and then transfer it into the permanent
memory. (not possible for the Compensation function
of the residual imbalances).
To store the selection permanently:
"SETTINGS"(4)

"Save the operating mode on the

permanent memory" (1),
Touch the fi eld (2) and select;
—
- No(*) = No storage (2).
- Activate = Data are stored in the permanent
memory (2).
A three-tone signal sounds to confi rm acceptance.
Main shaft stop position (T, Fig. 7-5)
The positioning brake stops the main shaft close to the
correction position by initiating pulsing braking.
The positioning brake is activated after switch on and
after a measuring run has been carried out and found
an unbalance greater than the limit value.
Select:
"SETTINGS"(4)

"Operational confi guration" (B)
•
"Stop position and indexing" (T)
•
Touch the fi eld (R).

Choose one of the following options (R):
•
- No = No positioning brake after measuring run.
- Left side (*)= Positioning brake after measuring run
for left plane.
- Right side = Positioning brake after measuring run
for right plane.
Note: The selection can be acquired in the
permanent memory.
