Please follow this procedure if it is necessary to adjust the expansion valve. First

remove the drain box to access the expansion valve. The expansion valve protrudes
through the sheet metal, has the shape of a hexagon, is brass in color and 18
mm (tool). The valve will be hot, so, using adequate protection, in order to adjust
the expansion valve rotate the valve clockwise to raise the pressure and counter-
clockwise to reduce the pressure. It may be necessary to use a spanner to rotate
the expansion valve in 1/4 turn or less increments until the desired pressure is
achieved. Replace the drain box after each adjustment to ensure the machine is
operating correctly.
