DECLARED USE

Refrigerated cabinets and tables are necessary machines for the preservation of food products.
The purpose of these machines is to maintain the temperature of the food.
The cabinets and tables are intended to maintain a positive temperatures (TN) of about +2°C for fresh foods, or
negative temperatures (BT) of about -20°C for frozen foods.
All the food products placed in the cabinets or on the tables must respect the temperatures indicated above, reached
by means of blast chillers or shock freezers.
Consequently, after having been prepared, the food must be transferred into special blast chillers or shock freezers
and then placed in the refrigerated cabinets or on the tables.
The wine display instead are machines for showing wine bottles. Projected to maintain the temperature of the
refrigerated between +6°C to +12°C or between +6°C and +22°C depending on the model.
For versions with glass door, the machineries are designed only for the display of the products, the environmental
conditions are to be maintained with a relative humidity maximum of 55/65% and a temperature ranging between 30°C
and 25°C.
For the negative temperatures counters with optional drawers it is imperative that all products are placed in already
frozen, otherwise there is a risk of blocking the drawers and wasting of any stored product.
The pan coolers are appliances for the temporary exposition of perishable fresh foods. These machines are not
refrigerant conservers. Their sole function is to maintain the exposition temperature at about +4°C. The duration of
exposition depends exclusively on the use of the machine.
In any case, the machine must not run continuously for more than 4 hours.
When exposition of the food products is over, they must be removed from the appliance and preserved in appropriate
refrigerators.
