3.5 Measuring the temperature of an object
1. Switch on the thermometer by shortly pressing button for forehead
measurement mode
The device performs a self-test and emits two short beeps.
2. Press and hold the set
for at least 3 seconds. The symbol for the surface temperature

3. To begin the measurement, point the sensor
object (resp. of the liquid) at a distance of approx. 3 cm. Press the
button for forehead measurement mode

4. Release the button. After the measurement process is complete,
you will hear a beep and the object temperature will be displayed
in the display

will switch off automatically.

3.6 Recalling stored data
