2. Installation
Caution! Certain parts of the unit are treated with a rust protection inhibitor. Before installation
carry out several test punches with some sheets of paper to remove the inevitable rust inhibitor
residues from the punching slot and die cutters.

4. Punching with the
Foot Pedal
Main switch on. Motor fan is running,
machine automatically feeds the
paper.
The automatic off indicator light on
the operating panel is illuminated.
Press the automatic on key.
The punching operation is automati-
cally triggered by a sensor as soon
as the paper is pushed to the left,
against the stop.
Press the automatic off key.
The punching operation may only be
triggered with the foot pedal.
The side distance can be adjusted
electrically to the left or right by
pressing the pitch control arrows.
The stop moves as long as the button
is kept pressed.
Press the automatic off button.
Jog the material to be punched evenly, in-
sert it into the punching slot and place it to
the left against the stop. Check that the
paper is level in the punching slot, re-align if
necessary.
Max. punching capacity with 80 g / sqm.
(20# stock ) paper approx. 25 - 30
sheets, depending on the punching die.
The punching operation is triggered by
pressing the foot pedal. Remove the
punched paper from the punching slot by
hand. No automatic ejection of the paper in
this mode.
