To proceed to its commissioning, in first place, the cover of the ventilator must be removed to
check that the pump rotates freely and the data in the nameplate corresponds to the
selected pump. Afterwards, the pump and its suction pipe will be filled with water until it's
completely full, making the pump rotate manually. Then, put the cover and implement the
pump for ten seconds. Check the rotation direction corresponds to the one indicated by the
arrow.
If the rotation direction is incorrect, switch two phases on the motor or the operation devices
of triphasic groups. Uncover the pump again and repeat the same procedure. Normally the
pump will be properly primed. If not, repeat the operations.
Ensure there is enough room all around the pump for its correct maintenance and proper
connection with the pipes of the installation.
Neither the suction pipe nor the driving pipe should rest their weight on the pump.

Electric connection

The power supply cord has to comply with the CEE regulation or abide by the HO7RN-
F rule, according to VDE O25O.
The electric installation has to be protected by a differential switch.
The monophasic motors include incorporated thermal protection.
Regarding triphasic motors, the costumer has to add some protection according to
the current regulation.
The connection schemes provide a proper electrical connection.
