Istruzioni di montaggio

ATTENZIONE. Montare filtri, filtriregolatori
e lubrificatori nei gruppi di trattamento aria
(o come moduli singoli) solo verticalmente,
rispettando la direzione di flusso marcata
sui moduli stessi: ingresso IN (1) ed uscita
OUT (2).
2.1 Collegamento dei moduli con
morsetto rapido
Sono necessarie per collegare in batteria
due o più moduli tra loro.
1. Inserire i dadi nelle sedi presenti nel
morsetto.
2. Inserire l'O-Ring di tenuta nella sede
realizzata sulla faccia laterale del corpo.

3. Avvicinare i due moduli lateralmente
fino al contatto.
4. Inserire nel binario il morsetto rapido.
5. Inserire e stringere le due viti di serraggio.
MX2: M5x69 TSPEI UNI5933
Coppie di serraggio: 2,5 ± 0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x75 TSPEI UNI5933
Coppie di serraggio: 5 ±1 Nm.

2.2 Collegamento dei moduli e montaggio
a parete con "morsetto rapido a parete"
Utilizzare le apposite asole presenti sul
morsetto rapido a parete per il fissaggio di
uno o più moduli a parete.
1. Inserire i dadi nelle sedi presenti nel
morsetto.
2. Inserire l'O-Ring di tenuta nella sede
realizzata sulla faccia laterale del corpo.
3. Avvicinare i due moduli lateralmente
fino al contatto.
4. Inserire nel binario il morsetto rapido a
parete.
5. Inserire e stringere le due viti di serraggio.

Coppie di serraggio: 2,5 ± 0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x75 TSPEI UNI5933
Coppie di serraggio: 5 ±1 Nm
Coppie di serraggio: MX3 5±1Nm.
6. Fissare a parete.
2.3 Montaggio a parete con
"morsetto rapido"
È possibile utilizzare anche il morsetto rapido
per il fissaggio di uno o più moduli a parete.
1. Inserire solo il dado nella sede inferiore
presente nel morsetto.
2. Inserire l'O-Ring di tenuta nella sede
realizzata sulla faccia laterale del corpo.
3. Avvicinare i due moduli lateralmente

fino al contatto.
4. Inserire nel binario il morsetto rapido.
5. Inserire la vite di serraggio nel foro
inferiore presente sul morsetto e stringere.

Coppie di serraggio: 5 ±1 Nm.

6. Inserire la vite di serraggio nel foro
superiore presente sul morsetto e stringere.
MX2: M5x85 TSPEI UNI5933
Coppie di serraggio: 2,5 ±0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x90 TSPEI UNI5933
Coppie di serraggio: 5 ±1 Nm.

2.4 Montaggio della flangia

1. Inserire l'O-Ring di tenuta nella sede
realizzata sulla faccia laterale del

corpo/flangia.
2. Appoggiare la flangia al modulo lateralmente.
3. Inserire nel binario il morsetto rapido o
il morsetto rapido a parete.
4. Inserire e stringere le due viti di serraggio.

Assembly instructions

N.B. Assemble filters, filter regulators and
lubricators in maintenance units (or as single
modules) only in vertical position, following
the flow direction indicated on the modules:
inlet IN (1) and outlet OUT (2).
2.1 Connection of the modules
with a quick clamp
To connect two or more modules in a
combination.
1. Insert the nuts in the seats of the clamp.
2. Insert the tightening O-Ring in the seat
on the side of the body.
3. Bring the two modules together to
contact.
4. Insert the quick clamp in the groove.
5. Insert and tighten the two screws.

Tightening torque: 2,5 ± 0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x75 TSPEI UNI5933
Tightening torque: 5 ±1 Nm.
2.2 Connection of the modules and
wall-assembly with "quick wall clamp"
Use the special hooks on the quick wall clamp
for fixing one or more modules to the wall.
1. Insert the nuts into the seats on the
clamp.
2. Insert the tightening O-Ring in the seat
on the side of the body.
3. Bring the two modules together to
contact.
4. Insert the quick wall clamp in the
groove.
5. Insert and tighten the two screws.

Tightening torque: 5 ±1 Nm
Tightening torque: MX3 5±1Nm.
6. Fix to the wall.

2.3 Wall assembly with "quick clamp"

It is also possible to use the quick clamp
for fixing one or more models to the wall.
1. Insert the nut only in the lower seat of
the clamp.
2. Insert the tightening O-Ring in the seat
on the side of the body.
3. Bring the two modules together to
contact.
4. Insert the quick wall clamp in the
groove.
5. Insert the screw in the lower hole of the
clamp and tighten.

Tightening torque: 2,5 ±0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x75 TSPEI UNI5933
Tightening torque: 5 ±1 Nm.
6. Insert the screw in the top hole of the
clamp and tighten.

Tightening torque: 2,5 ±0,5 Nm
MX3: M6x90 TSPEI UNI5933
Tightening torque: 5 ±1 Nm.

2.4 Assembly of the flange

1. Insert the tightening O-Ring in the seat
on the side of the body /flange.
2. Place the flange onto the side of the
module.
3. Insert the quick clamp or the quick wall
clamp in the groove.
4. Insert and tighten the two screws.
