3.7 Carico del contenitore dell'olio del lu-
brificatore con interruzione dell'aria del-
l'impianto
1. Interrompere l'aria nell'impianto.
2. Tenendo premuta la clip di sblocco,
ruotare in senso orario il serbatoio fino
ad arresto ed estrarlo dal corpo tirando
verso il basso.
2 3. Riempire il serbatoio fino al contrassegno
"Max" con l'olio.
4. Inserire nuovamente il serbatoio, ruotare
in senso antiorario fino ad arresto.
5. Immettere l'aria nell'impianto.
Sul serbatoio è indicato il livello minimo
e massimo dell'olio; si consiglia il rabbocco
quando si raggiunge il livello minimo.
3.8 Carico del contenitore dell'olio del lu-
brificatore senza interruzione dell'aria
dell'impianto
1. Depressurizzare il serbatoio svitando il
tappo (A).
2. Tenendo premuta la clip di sblocco,
ruotare in senso orario il serbatoio fino
ad arresto ed estrarlo dal corpo tirando
verso il basso.

3. Riempire il serbatoio fino al
contrassegno "Max" con l'olio.
4. Inserire nuovamente il serbatoio, ruotare
in senso antiorario fino ad arresto; non
è necessario premere la clip di sblocco.
5. Pressurizzare il serbatoio avvitando il
tappo (A).
Sul serbatoio è indicato il livello minimo
e massimo dell'olio; si consiglia il
rabbocco quando si raggiunge il livello
minimo.
3.9 Impostazione della quantità dell'olio
La percentuale di olio può essere variata
agendo sulla vite di regolazione (B).
4 Messa in funzione
e Manutenzione del gruppo
Un'istallazione non corretta può provocare
danni al gruppo trattamento aria e essere
causa di lesioni gravi. Prima della messa in
funzione controllare la corretta installazione
di tutti i componenti.
Se l'impianto non è provvisto di moduli di
riempimento progressivo dell'aria potrebbero
verificarsi pressioni improvvise, al momento
della messa in funzione, che potrebbero es-
sere causa di movimenti dei cilindri. Assicu-
rarsi che tali cilindri si trovino nella posizione
di finecorsa o che non costituiscano pericolo.
Prima della messa in funzione controllare
che tutti i componenti siano montati e impo-
stati correttamente. Avere cura di sostituire
regolarmente i filtri e di rabboccare l'olio
quando questo supera i livelli minimi.
Mantenere puliti i moduli. Soventi e deter-
genti aggressivi danneggiano i contenitori in
policarbonato dei serbatoi; pulire tali compo-
nenti esclusivamente con panno umido,
utilizzando acqua o eventualmente un deter-
gente delicato senza additivi chimici.

Alla fine del ciclo di vita del prodotto, si rac-
comanda la separazione dei materiali per
consentirne il recupero. Smaltire l'apparec-
chio e l'imballo nel rispetto delle norme vi-
genti nel proprio paese.

3.7 Filling the oil reservoir of the lubricator
with interruption of the air in the system
1. Interrupt the air in the system.
2. Keeping the unlocking clip pressed,
rotate the reservoir clockwise until it
stops and remove it from the body with
a downward movement.
3. Fill the reservoir until the "Max" sign
with oil.
4. Insert the reservoir again and rotate
anticlockwise until it stops.
5. Let air flow into the system.
The minimum and maximum level of
the oil is indicated on the reservoir.
It is advisable to top up the oil when it
reaches the minimum level.
3.8 Filling the oil reservoir of the lubricator
without interruption of the air in the
system
1. De-pressurise the reservoir by
unscrewing the plug (A).
2. Depress and hold the unlocking clip,
rotate the reservoir clockwise until it
stops and remove it from the body with
a downward movement.
3. Fill the reservoir until the "Max" sign
with oil.
4. Insert the reservoir again and rotate
anticlockwise until it stops; it is not
necessary to press the unlocking clip.
5. Pressurise the reservoir by screwing the
cap (A) back in.
The minimum and maximum level of
the oil is indicated on the reservoir.
It is advisable to top up the oil when it
reaches the minimum level.

3.9 Setting the oil amount

The percentage of oil can be varied by
using the adjustment screw (B).
Start-up and maintenance
of the unit
A non correct installation can damage the
air treatment unit and be the cause of
serious injury. Before start-up, check the
correct installation of all components.
If the system is not equipped with soft start
valves, sudden pressures could exist at the
moment of start-up, that could be the
cause of cylinder movements.
Make sure that these cylinders are in their
end position or that they do not cause any
danger.
Before start-up, make sure all components
are assembled and set correctly.
Make sure the filters are changed regularly
and that the oil is filled up when it reaches
the minimum level.
Keep the modules clean.
Aggressive solvents and detergents damage
the polycarbonate reservoirs; clean these
components only with a damp cloth, using
water or a mild detergent without chemical
additives.
Ecologic information
At the end of the life cycle of the product, it
is recommended to separate the materials in
order to recycle them. Dispose of the product
and the packaging material according to the
current environmental standards of your country.
