Assembly heat flowmeter

1. First dismount the adapters from the adapter
pipe.
2. If necessary, dismount additionally the small
adapters, if the dimensions of the heat flowmeter
housing is 1" external thread x 130 mm.
3. Screw the adapters flat-sealing to the heat
flowmeter.
4. Install the heat flowmeter with the adapters in the
return of the heating circuit.
5. The pump ball valve handles must be turned
aprox. 60° inwards in order to close the front
insulation (see illustration on the left).
6. Firmly tighten the screw connections.
7. In case of little space the thermometer ball valves
can be interchanged to easily mount the sensors.
When the heat flowmeter is installed the front insulation must be
adapted to the shape of the heat flowmeter case. Simply cut out
the insulation with a suitable knife.
