6.8 Faults/protection

This equipment has a self-diagnosis system that covers some possible faults or protections from anomalous operating conditions
through: detection, signaling and adoption of an emergency procedure until resolution of the fault.
Fault/Protection
Tank lower probe fault
Tank upper probe fault
Defrost probe fault
Inlet air probe fault
Evaporator inlet probe fault
Evaporator outlet probe fault
Compressor flow probe fault
Solar collector probe fault (Not used)
High pressure protection
Recirculation circuit alarm
Temperature not suitable for heat pump operation alarm
(With alarm active the water is heated only with heating element)
No communication (with alarm active the equipment does not work)
Electronic fan fault
In case of any of the above faults, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer's technical assistance service, indicating
the error code shown on the display or on the APP for smartphone.
