3. Swivel the sawhead down and lock
the transport lock.
4. Align the rotary table with the fence
in such a way that the fence is ex-
actly at right angles to the saw
blade.
5. Tighten the rotary table's lock
screw.
6. Tighten screw (105) again.

1. Loosen screw (107) approx. one
turn.
2. Adjust pointer (106) until the indicat-
ed value corresponds with the cur-
rent stop position of the rotary table.
3. Tighten screw (107).

Adjusting the radial pull function

1. Loosen lock nut (109).
2. Adjust stud (108) until desired dis-
placement force is achieved.
3. Tighten lock nut again.

Adjusting the bevel tilt positive
stops
1. Snap the track arm holder into the
0° position, but do not tighten the
lock lever.
2. Unscrew upper screw (110) or
screws (110) (only KGS 216 Plus)
and remove track arm holder cover.
3. Unscrew screws (110) and remove
track arm holder cover.

4. Loosen the two socket cap screws
on the rear of the saw by approx.
one turn:

5. Adjust the track arm holder until the
saw blade is exactly 90° to the rota-
ry table.
6. Tighten the two socket cap screws on
the rear of the saw again.
7. Tighten locking lever.
8. Replace track arm holder cover and
secure with the screw.
9. Loosen the screws (112) approx.
one turn.
10. Adjust pointer (111) until the indicat-
ed value corresponds with the cur-
rent stop position of the track arm
holder.

Readjusting the sawhead tilt clamp
If the tilt angle of the track arm holder
can be changed via lateral application of
counter-pressure even though the lock
lever is tightened, the sawhead tilt clamp
must be readjusted.
1. Lock the track arm holder in the 0°
position.
2. Detach track arm holder cover (see
previous section).
3. Adjust hexagon nut (arrow) until de-
sired clamping force is achieved.
