1. HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 Opening the lid

To open the "facile" cooker, it is enough to simply twist
the bridge knob of the lid in the direction indicated by
the arrows and take off the lid.
Never try and take of the lid of the pressure cooker
before making sure there is no pressure left inside.
You can verify it checking that no steam comes out from
the pressure control valve.
In any case, the pressure cooker has a locking system
that will not allow you to open it if there is a minimum of
pressure inside.
Make sure to release all the pressure from the inside
before opening the pressure cooker.

1.2 Closing the pressure cooker

Place the lid on the pressure cooker with the bridge knob
open, then turn the knob in the direction indicated by the
arrows (CLOSE) until complete.
The "facile" will then be closed and ready for use.
1.3 First time of use
Before using the pressure cooker for the first time, we recommend you wash all the pieces well with hot w
detergent and scourers that do not scratch.
