EXAMPLES OF USE

Without micro-liquidiser:
1)
Soups and liquid mixes (crêpes).
- Always start and stop the turbo-liquidiser with the head fully covered to avoid splashes and splinters flying out.
- When the head is started up it is attracted towards the bottom of the container and creates a whirling motion.
- Put the head near the container wall to interrupt the whirling and then lock in position with the lever.
Mashed potatoes:
- Mash the potatoes immediately after cooking. Do not leave them in their cooking water.
- Add butter, boiling milk and salt to taste.
- Start mashing at the bottom, after which "move" up and around the whole of the container interior, especially at the sides,
in order to obtain a fine and lump-free mash.
Note: with a 2-speed turbo-liquidiser, start mixing at low speed and then switch to high speed.
With "kitchen" micro-liquidiser:
2)
Pulse soups with leeks.
Creamed spinach.
- Drain off the cooking water.
- Add béchamel sauce and mix until obtaining the required fineness.
Fruit compote, preparation of sorbets, jams.
Mashed potatoes from flakes:
- Gradually put the flakes into the generated whirl and mix without the micro-liquidiser.
Having finished mixing, mount the micro-liquidiser to "whip" the mashed potatoes.
Only use the micro-liquidiser towards the end of processing for extra fineness.
With the special "fish soup" micro-liquidiser":
3)
- Used to make fish soups (minced), agricultural-food stock, sauce bases.
