SAFETY

User safety is ensured by:
the motor stopping when inside the safety area B (see figure 5);
having to press the START button after a stop ("no power" device);
a motor overload thermal cutout;
compliance with the instructions given in this guide for using, maintaining and cleaning the appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

5.1

OPERATION

The turbo-liquidisers can be started for continuous operation if the guard ring of the mixing head is within the processing
area A. (Standard heights are between 350 and 900 mm inclusive, see figure 5).
Continuous operation:
- Press button 2, only when in the processing area A.
Stop:
- Press the red button 1.
Speed selection (2-speed model):
- Turn the knob from low to high speed (clockwise).
Note: do not force the selector limits.

POSSIBLE POSITIONS

The turbo-liquidisers may operate:
1) In position with locked axes:
mixing head put into bottom of container without operator help.
Put the body in the horizontal position and lock the vertical axis in position using lever A and knob B
2) In locked vertical position with horizontal rotation
mixing head put into bottom of container with operator help.
Put the body in the horizontal position and lock the vertical axis in position using lever A
Release knob B to turn the body in a horizontal direction by +/- 20°
3) In free position
the operator acts as support when the head is inside the container to blend a product.
Release lever A to turn the body in a vertical direction.
Release knob B to turn the body in a horizontal direction +/- 20°.
When in the working position, secure the turbo-liquidiser by locking the two rear castors.
Use a suitable container for the product and for the quantity to be processed, to ensure that the
mixing head is fully covered.
