QUICK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
180 ml chocolate syrup
1 egg
180 ml cream
180 ml milk
Mocha ice cream
vanilla ice cream
2-3 tbsp. mocha or espresso powder
1-2 tbsp. coff ee liqueur
Walnut ice cream
vanilla ice cream
75 g sugar
75 g chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. wild honey
OPTION replace walnuts for pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil.

125 g Amarett i biscuits
2-3 tbsp. Amarett o
Combine all ingredients, pour into
canister and start cycle.
Follow basic vanilla ice cream recipe,
adding 2-3 tbsp. mocha or espresso
powder to the heating milk. Add 1-2
tbsp. coff ee liqueur towards the end of
the cycle.
75g sugar (caramelised in a pan until
light brown), combine well with 75g
chopped walnuts. Leave to cool on an
oiled tray and chop into britt le. Follow
basic vanilla ice cream recipe, replacing
the sugar for wild honey. Add the nut
britt le towards the end of the cycle.
Follow basic vanilla ice cream recipe.
Combine 125 g Amarett i biscuits with
2-3 tbsp. Amarett o and add towards
the end of the cycle.
