18. Cleaning
Do not use solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning agents. Only use a dry cloth/
microfibre cloth to avoid damaging the surface.
Furniture is often coated with varnishes or plastics which are cleaned with a wide
range of cleaning agents. Some of these cleaning agents contain ingredients which
might damage the loudspeaker's base material, and cause it to become soft.
If necessary, place an anti-slip mat under the loudspeaker's base.
19. Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the device yourself. If a repair is necessary, please con-
tact our Service Centre or a suitable authorised repair workshop.

Troubleshooting
Check all the cable connections for damage,
ensure the correct cables have been used and
check that the Bluetooth connection is running.
Check that all the connected devices have an
adequate electricity supply.
Check the volume level on the output device. If
necessary, increase the volume.
Move the position of the soundbar to avoid dis-
ruptive external influences.
Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
