Connecting Bolt Backset Pin Hole (Fig. B1b).
• Use the table to select the correct Connecting Bolt
Inset PIn Hole (Fig. B2a), and insert pins into the
corresponding holes (Fig. B2b).
• Align the location pins to the edge of the worktop
(Fig. B3).
• Clamp the jig to the worktop (Fig. B4).
• Cut bolt recesses. Ensure router plunge depth is set to
worktop/bolt manufacturers instructions (Fig. B5).
• Install jointing biscuits betweenconnecting bolts as
shown (Fig.B6). Always follow worktop manufacturers
installation instructions.
PENINSULA CUT
• Mark 8.65mm offsets with a pencil (Fig. P1).
• Align edge of jig to worktop and pencil mark as shown
(Fig. P2).
• Clamp the jig to the worktop (Fig. P3).
• Complete cut. Ensure guide bush is pushed against
outside edge of jig as indicated by router direction
arrow (Fig. P4).
• Flip worktop and repeat (Fig. P5).
35mm CABINET HINGE HOLE
• Mark hinge height (100mm from door top/bottom
recommended) with a pencil (Fig. H1).
• Insert two pins into 35mm Cabinet Hinge / Tap Pin
Holes (Fig. H2).
• Align the location pins to the edge of the worktop and
the centre of the hole to the pencil mark (Fig. H3).
• Clamp the jig to the worktop (Fig. H4).
• Cut hinge recess. Ensure router plunge depth is limited
to the hinge depth +1mm (Fig. H5).
