The hob does not respond.

Check that the child lock is deactivated.

Check whether the display shows an error message.

There is no pot or pan on the cooking plate.

The pot or pan used is not suitable for induction.

A short circuit occurred because the temperature was too high.

Contact the shop of purchase or an authorised service centre.

High-voltage protection. Check the electricity grid. Pull the plug

out of the power socket. Wait 2 minutes. Try again.

Low-voltage protection. Check the electricity grid. Pull the plug

Temperature is too high. Turn off the appliance and let the pan/pot

and the appliance cool down. Check that the pan/pot is not empty.

The ventilation is broken. Make sure that the ventilation openings

at the bottom are not covered. Ensure adequate circulation

around the appliance. If the problem still occurs, contact the shop

of purchase or an authorised service centre.
