6 Put the plug into a power outlet and turn the control knob clockwise from
"o" to "I" to start cooking.
7 Once the poaching cycle is complete, carefully open the lid both handles,
wearing heat-resisting gloves..
8 Use a soft spatula to remove poached egg from tray.
