Troubleshooting

Problem
Device will not
turn on
Low air flow or
limited cooling
effect
The air is
circulated but
not cooled
Abnormal
noises or
vibrations
Water leaks
from the inner
part
The device
releases an
odour
Cause
No power
Damaged socket
Cause unknown
The ventilation level is
set to "low"
Filter is dirty
The air inlet or outlet of the inner
part is blocked
The air inlet or outlet of the outer
part is blocked
The ambient temperature is too
low or too high
Insufficient supply voltage
The device operates in Fan mode Select the Refresh mode
Refresh mode
deactivates automatically
The mounting brackets are not
installed correctly or the screws
are not sufficiently tightened
The rubber stopper at the
bottom of the inner part is
missing or not tight enough
The device is not placed upright
This is not normal
Solution
Switch on the power
Unplug the device from the
electrical outlet and have it
repaired
Contact the dealer
Choose the Fan mode at
high speed
Check and clean the filter
Check that the inner part is not
blocked and remove all blocks
Check that the outer part is not
blocked and remove all blocks
The ambient temperature must
be between 18 and 40°C
Contact an installer or use
another power outlet
Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the
thermostat to turn the device back
on
Check that the brackets are
securely fixed and that the screws
are tightened
Check and replace the rubber
stopper if necessary
The device must be placed
horizontally (max. angle < 3°)
Turn off the device immediately
and contact the dealer
