3. System settings ("Press 3 for system setting")
In this menu, you will have two options:
Option 1. Voice assistant settings ("Press 1 for assistant configuration")
Press 1 to enable the voice assistant or press 2 to disable it.
Option 2. Unlock mode ("Press 2 for unlock mode")
• "Press 1 for single unlock". With this option, the users will be able to release lock using
only one method
• "Press 2 for combination unlock". With this option, the lock will ask the user for two
unlocking methods
4. Restore factory settings (Press 4 to reboot system)
Enter the admin password and press # to confirm that you wish to restart the system to
factory settings.

Before getting started
Make sure your smartphone has iOS 11.0 or higher or Android™
5.0 or higher. Check your network and make sure you are
connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi Fi channel.
Download the Lloyds Smart app from the App Store or Google
Play or scan the following QR code with your smartphone.

Registration and access
Open the Lloyds Smart app. To register, click on "Sign Up" (1), to continue, click "Agree,"
choose your country and enter an email address, then click "Get Verification Code" (2).
Enter the code sent to your email (check inbox or spam) (3). Set a password and click
"Done" (4). Or log in directly if you already have an account.
