Installing considerations
1. It is advisable to get certified staff to perform the installation. Read this manual carefully
before installation.
2. Do not press or bend the connecting cable during installation.
3. Before installing, ensure that the door thickness is compatible with the product
specifications.
4. During installation, the door must be half open.
5. Once the installation is completed, ensure that the fingerprint, access card, numeric code
(followed by "#" key), the app and the physical key work correctly to open the lock.
6. If they do not work, ensure that the connection is correct and the power supply cable is
not loose.
