Rear panel installation
1. Remove the battery cover, located in the upper part of the rear panel.
2. Plug the connecting cable to the corresponding interface of the rear panel, then store the
excess cable inside the hole of the door.
3. Align and join the rear panel to the back of the door, taking the iron spindle as a reference
and fix it with the connexion screws.
4. Insert 4 AA batteries in to the battery compartment and place the cover again.

Functionality test
1. Keep the door half-open while testing.
2. Check correct operation of:
• Press down on the front handle, and the bolt and latch remain in place in the locked state.
• Unlock the lock and press down the front handle; the deadbolt and latch retract in the
unlocked state.
• Lift the front handle, and the deadbolt is released to lock the door in any state.
• Press the inside handle down, and the latch and deadbolt retract in any state.
• Lift the rear handle, and the deadbolt is released to lock the door in any state.
3. Security lock: when the lock is in the security lock position, only an administrator can open
the door. Other registered users cannot open the door.
