green LED will blink once per second. After this period,
the detector will enter normal operation mode. The
green LED remains lit during the entire operation.
If the detector identifies a gas leak, the red LED will
flash and the siren will sound continuously. The detector
will send an impulse to the solenoid valve that will
cause this device to stop the gas supply. The detector
will interrupt the alarm and return to normal operation
mode, after the gas density drops below the alarm level
or after it is restarted.
If the yellow LED is lit, it indicates an internal sensor
error. Turn off the power and contact a service center.
Test
To test an installed gas detector, you can spread a little
cigarette lighter gas in the air at a distance of 5 cm from the
gas slots of the detector.
ATTENTION: frequent testing may cause the sensor's
sensitivity to decrease.
Procedures to follow in case of alarm
The gas detector enters the alarm state if the gas density in
the room exceeds the minimum alarm level (10% LEL).
In case of alarm, proceed as follows:
Immediately close the gas supply valve.
Open the window and let air quickly enter the room.
Turn off any source of fire and do not use anything that
could cause a fire, for example lighters, matches.
