In the case of Airzone Blueface zero and Think thermostats, a warning will appear on the
screen.

Depending on the system, devices and functionalities available, the following warnings may
appear:
WARNINGS
Anti-freezing. This is displayed if the function is enabled.
Active window. Indicates that the air conditioning has been suspended in the zone due to an
open window. Only available in systems that have enabled the control of windows.
DHW. Domestic hot water activated. If your system integrates DHW management control in its
production unit and this is activated, this message will appear on your Blueface zero and the air
conditioning in that zone will be suspended.
Low battery. Low battery warning.
Occupancy. It indicates no occupancy has been detected in the zone for the last 5 minutes.
Therefore, the Sleep mode is activated (the zone will switch off after 90 minutes). Only available
for systems with occupancy control.
Dew. This warning indicates there is a risk of condensation and the zone where the thermostat
is located has been turned off, turning on the dehumidifier (if it is installed) and activating the
On/Off relay of the main control board. Only available for systems with radiant stage in cooling
mode.
Active dew protection. It indicates there is a risk of condensation in the radiant stage and the
air stage has been activated to avoid its creation.
Low battery Lite (Blueface zero only). Low battery warning. You will know the zone the
warning comes from by pressing on the icon in the main screen.
Dew Lite (Blueface zero only). It indicates there is a risk of condensation and the zone where
the Lite thermostat is located has been turned off. Press the icon in the main screen to know
which zone is affected.
Dew protection Lite (Blueface zero only). It indicates there is a risk of condensation in the
radiant stage and the air stage has been activated to avoid its creation in zone where the Lite
thermostat is.
Preparing. This warning indicates that the heating/cooling battery is outside the temperature
limits configured, and therefore ventilation will be deactivated until the working temperature
required to satisfy demand is reached.
Low valve battery. Low battery warning for valve.
NTC2 alarm. Measurement error in the temperature probe
Filter maintenance. This indicates that filter maintenance should be performed.
