Extending product life
To extend the life of the electric SUP/boat/kayak pump,
you need to take good care and maintain it. Here are
some tips to extend the life of the pump and battery.
1. Charge with care
Use the charger supplied to charge the lithium-ion bat-
tery. Avoid overcharging the battery. Unplug the charger
once the battery is fully charged.
2. Avoid deep discharges
Lithium-ion batteries prefer shallow discharge cycles. Try
recharging when the battery charge is about 20-30% re-
maining rather than waiting until it is completely empty.

Troubleshooting
Problem
Air pressure remains unchanged
Air pressure remains the same and
does not increase further.
Air leakage
Leaking air between the valve and
pump nozzle.
Air leakage between pump inlet and
hose nut connection.
Not the right air pressure
The desired recommended air
pressure cannot be reached.
Overheating
Pump overheated.

3. Store properly
If you do not use the pump for an extended period, store
it in a cool, dry place with a battery charge of about 50%.
Do not leave the pump fully charged for long periods, as
this may strain the battery.
4. Keep it cool
High temperatures can damage lithium-ion batteries. Do
not expose the pump to excessive heat. Store it in a cool
place and do not use it in direct sunlight.
5. Cleaning and maintenance
Regularly clean pump components, especially the air
inlet and outlet, to prevent dust and dirt from entering
and clogging the system. Check for leaks and damage to
hoses and connections.
6. Use with care
Avoid long operating times. Follow this user manual for
the intended use and operating conditions.
7. Regular use and charging
Lithium-ion batteries benefit from regular use. If you plan
not to use the pump for a while, charge it to around 50%
and then use or recharge it every few months to avoid
deep discharge.
By following these guidelines, you can extend the life of
both the electric SUP/boat/kayak pump and the built-in
lithium-ion battery. Regular maintenance and proper use
are essential for a long product life.
Possible cause
Check whether the battery is empty.
Check the connection between the
hose nozzle and the valve.
Check the connection between the
pump and the hose connection.
Check the display to make sure the
pump is set to the correct pressure.
If the pump is used for longer than
the recommended time in this
manual, overheating may occur.
Solution
When not fully charged? Plug the
pump into the socket and fully
charge the pump.
Make sure the right nozzle and
gasket are chosen and installed
correctly.
Make sure they are securely
fastened. Loose connections can
lead to air leakage.
