CHANGING THE PUMP EXHAUST FILTER

WARNING: This operation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
1) Remove the stainless steel panel on the rear of the machine.
2) • 4m /h pumps (MULTIPLE P4): unscrew the filter anticlockwise (A).

• 8, 12,18 and 25 m /h pumps (MULTIPLE P8, VM12, VM16, VM40N, VM18, VM18H,

VM53): unscrew plug (B) on the pump body using pliers.
• 60 and 100 m /h pumps (VM53H version with 60 m
3
VM20, VM30, VM20 Tandem): unscrew the four screws (C) on the filter cover.
3) Remove filter (D) from its seat.
4) Insert the new filter after checking to make sure 'O-ring (E) is in the correct position.
5) Refit the cover by fixing spring (F) on the filter projection (G).
7.4.4 CHANGING THE OIL FILTER - MOD. VM53H with 60mc/h pump - VM19 - VM1800 - VM20 - VM30
IOil filter (H) must be changed every 1000 hours of service. For replacement, contact an Authorized Service
Centre.

7.4.5 CHANGING THE LID GASKET AND RED SILICONE

1) Open the plexiglas cover.
2) Remove cover gasket (I) or the red silicone strip
(L) and clean the seats to remove dirt.
3) Insert the new gasket pushing it deep into the cavity all the way.
4) Run a loadless cycle so that the gasket fits firmly into its seat.
