Replacing the batteries (Fig� E-1)
The console is equipped with 2xAA batteries at the rear of the
console�
- Remove the console�
- Remove the old batteries�
- Insert the new batteries� Make sure that batteries match the (+) and
(-) polarity markings�
- Mount the console�
NOTE
• Empty batteries should always be recycled per your Local legal
regulations to save the environment�
WARNING
• Do not expose batteries to big temperature changes to prevent
the batteries from leaking�
• To prevent your batteries from leaking, take them out if you plan
on not using your device for longer periods of time�
• When inserting multiple batteries into a device, always use the
same brand, the same type, and the same energy level�
Console (Fig� F-2)
WARNING
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight�
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat�
• Do not lean on the console�
• Only touch the display with the tip of your finger� Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display�
NOTE
• The console switches to standby mode when the equipment is
not used for 4 minutes�
Explanation Display functions
RPM
- Display the rotations per minute�
- Range: 0 ~ 188 RPM�
- Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4
seconds during workout, RPM will display "0"
- When workout is stopped the display scans between AVG and
MAX being:
AVG: The average "RPM" during your latest workout�
MAX: The maximum reached "RMP" during your latest workout�
TIME
- Automatically accumulates workout time when exercising�
- When setting the target value, time will count down from your
target time to 0 and alarm will sound�
- Display range: 00:00 ~ 99:59�
Speed
- Displays current training speed�
- Range 0�0 ~ 99�9 / Units: KM/H�
- Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4
seconds during workout, "Speed" will display "0"�
- When workout is stopped the display scans between AVG and
MAX being:
AVG: The average "Speed" during your latest workout�
MAX: The maximum reached "Speed" during your latest workout�
DIST
(Distance)
- Without setting the target value, distance will count up�
- When setting the target value, distance will count down from your
target distance to 0 with an alarm�
- Range 0�0 ~ 99�99 / Units: KM�
KCAL
(Calories)
- Without setting the target value, calorie will count up�
- When setting the target value, calories will count down from your
target calorie to 0 with an alarm�
- Range: 0 ~ 9999 / Units: K�Cal�
NOTE
• This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment
Pulse
- Current pulse will display after 6 seconds when detected by the
console�
- Without any pulse signal for 6 seconds, console will display "P"�
- Range: 0-30 ~ 230 BPM�
- When workout is stopped the display scans between AVG and
MAX being:
AVG: The average "Pulse" during your latest workout�
MAX: The maximum reached "Pulse" during your latest workout
WATT
- Display current workout watts�
- Range: 0 ~ 999
LOAD
- Shows tension level setting�
- Range: 1 ~ 32
Explanation of buttons
Mode
In workout mode:
- Press shortly to fix the displayed parameter and hold this
parameter in fixed displayed mode�
The display parameter name will be blinking�
- Press 1 time briefly to release the fixed display mode and activate
scanning display mode again�
The displayed parameter name will be light constantly
- Press and hold for over 2 seconds to restart console and set all
accumulating values back to "0" again�
In programming mode:
- Change parameter to set goal for� �
Set
In workout mode:
No assigned function in workout mode, when pressed the backlit will
light up and a double chimes will sound as a sign of a non functional
action�
In programming mode:
- Setting the goal values�
Press 1 time briefly to increase value with one unit at the time�
Press and hold to increase value rapidly�
Reset
In workout mode:
- Press and hold for over 2 seconds to restart console and set all
accumulating values back to "0" again�
In programming mode:
- Clear and reset parameter value�
