«hc» Recipe example: Honey-Prunes
(as a pancake stuffing or spread)
50 g prunes
75 g creamy honey
70 ml water (vanilla-flavoured)
• Fill the «hc» chopper bowl with
prunes and creamy honey.
• Store at 3 °C in refrigerator for 24
hours.
• Add 70 ml water (vanilla-
flavoured).
• Chop 1 second at Turbo speed.

Size control chopper Ac-
cessory (D)
The size control chopper is perfectly
suited for chopping hard cheese,
onions, apples, chocolate, nuts and
ice. By using the knifes, the size
control chopper and the size control
insert it is possible to achieve food
size results XS, S and L.
Only the size control chopper acces-
sory (11) with the special ice blade
(11c) are allowed to crush ice cubes.

The mini food processor accessory
can be used for:

• chopping and ice crushing;
• slicing, shredding and grating.
Chopping / Ice crushing (E)
Using the blades (12e/12f) you can
chop meat, hard cheese, onions,
herbs, garlic, vegetables, bread,
crackers, nuts and ice cubes.
Only mini food processor accessory
(12) with the special ice blade (12f) is
allowed to crush ice cubes.

maximum quantities and speeds.
Slicing / Shredding / Grating (F)
Use the fine shredding / slicing disc
(i) to shred and slice foods such as
cucumbers, onions, mushrooms,
apples, carrots, radishes, potatoes,
zucchini and cabbage.
Use the coarse shredding / slicing
disc (ii) to shred and slice foods
such as apples, carrots, potatoes,
beetroot, cabbage, hard cheese (like
Parmesan).
Use the fine / coarse grating disc
(iii) to grate such foods as potatoes,
radish, ginger, chinese yam and lotus
root.
Caution
• Never open the lid while the discs
are still rotating.
• Do not use the accessory to
process foods or spices with high
essential oil content (for example
turmeric or cloves).
