12. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
1. The machine does
not start when the
switch is moved
2. The motor shuts
down whilst working
3. The rotor rotates, but
the air does not come
out from the blower tube
4. Excessive noise and/or
vibration is experienced
whilst working
5. The machine gives off
smoke whilst working
6. Battery power
reserve is low
7. The battery charger is
not charging the battery
If problems persist after implementing the solution, contact your Dealer.
PROBABLE CAUSE
Battery is not inserted or
is inserted incorrectly
Low battery capacity
Defective start/stop switch
or
damaged blower
Battery is not inserted correctly
Low battery capacity
Blocked or clogged blower tube
Loose or damaged parts
Damaged blower.
Severe working conditions
requiring greater
current absorption
Battery is insufficient for
operating requirements
Decrease in battery capacity
Battery is not correctly inserted
in the battery charger or plug not
properly connected to the machine
Unsuitable environmental conditions
Dirty contacts
The battery charger is not energised
Faulty battery charger
Battery too hot or too cold
If the problem persists, refer to the battery/battery charger manual
Make sure that the
correctly (chapter 6.3)
Check the batteries status and charge if
necessary (chapter 7.2)
Do not use the machine. Immediately turn off
the machine,
a service centre.
Make sure that the batteries are inserted
correctly (chapter 6.3)

Stop the machine,
remove any obstructions.

inspect for damage;

check for and tighten any loose parts;
