If all previous steps fail and the gloves after a few minutes do not heat, take them to an
authorized service centre.
Before cleaning the gloves remove the batteries. Never wet the batteries.
The gloves cannot be machine washed.
For a basic cleaning of the gloves soft brushing is recommended. To get smaller stains out use a moist cloth
or sponge with some liquid soap or cleaning foam. Apply the foam regularly on the product's surface and
then brush it.
If washing is necessary remember that only hand washing is permitted. Use a soft detergent and rub or
brush softly avoiding wringing the product. After washing rinse the gloves properly and extend them flat or
hang them without folding. Do not iron the gloves.
